The circuit breaker assembly line adopts advanced modular design concept and is specially designed for the large-scale manufacturing of vacuum circuit breakers (VKC, VPK series) and intelligent small switchgear (KXG98 series). The production line realizes the full process of automated operations from the online production of parts to the offline production of finished products, covering the three core manufacturing links of assembly, debugging, and testing, and the annual production capacity can reach more than 100,000 sets of standardized professional products.

 

2. Product characteristics Modular design-Each functional unit of the production line is independently modular, and can be flexibly combined according to the product type and quickly changed. Full-process automation-Automate the entire process from the loading of bulk parts to the offline production of finished products, eliminating manual operations and ensuring process consistency. Flexible manufacturing-Compatible with multiple series of products such as VKC, VPK vacuum circuit breakers and KXG98 intelligent small switchgear. Intelligent testing-Integrate online testing system to achieve real-time monitoring of product quality and data traceability.
