Detailed Introduction


This production line is designed for large-scale manufacturing of new energy vehicle charging piles, using modular layout and intelligent control technology to realize the whole process of automated operation from parts assembly to finished product inspection. The whole line covers core processes such as cabinet assembly, module installation, electrical connection, air tightness testing, functional aging and packaging and shipping, with an annual production capacity of 3-50,000 units per line, compatible with the production of AC and DC charging piles in the full power range from 7kW to 350kW.
Core strengths
Flexible manufacturing capability - Programmable conveyor system and quick-change tooling are used to support multi-model mixed line production, and the changeover time is shortened to less than 30 minutes, quickly responding to changes in market demand.
Quality control throughout the process - integrates key quality control points such as visual inspection, air tightness test, high-voltage insulation testing and whole machine aging test, and cooperates with the MES system to realize the full traceability of production data, with a one-time pass rate of more than 98%.
Human-machine collaborative operation - Six-axis industrial robots are equipped with key workstations to complete heavy component handling and precision assembly, reducing manual labor intensity and improving operational safety and consistency.
Green and energy-saving design - the production line is equipped with energy consumption monitoring and intelligent scheduling system to optimize the operation efficiency of the equipment; The aging test energy is fed back to the grid, reducing the comprehensive energy consumption by more than 20%.
